Terms of Service

By accessing and using TOFLOW ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and TOFLOW.

TOFLOW is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides workflow automation and productivity tools. Our service requires user authentication through Google and Gmail integration to provide personalized features and secure access to your data.

By using our service, you acknowledge that we will access your email address and basic profile information through Google's authentication system to create and maintain your account.

To access our service, you must create an account by authenticating through Google or Gmail. By doing so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Our service integrates with Google services for authentication and functionality. By using TOFLOW, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We will access your Google account information as permitted by Google's OAuth scope
• Your use of Google services through our platform is subject to Google's Terms of Service
• We may access your email address and basic profile information for account management
• You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time through Google's security settings
• We do not store your Google account passwords or credentials

We comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service:

• In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• To transmit or procure sending of spam, chain letters, or unsolicited communications
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, employees, or other users
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the service
• To introduce viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• To use automated systems to access the service without permission

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TOFLOW and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service. By using our service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We strive to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Limit usage to ensure fair access for all users
• Implement security measures that may affect service performance

We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance when possible.

If you choose to purchase paid services, you agree to pay all charges associated with your account. Payment terms include:

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

• The operation or availability of the service
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• The security of data transmission or storage
• The absence of viruses or other harmful components

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall TOFLOW, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TOFLOW operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the service.
