Connect Claude to toflow.ai and it gains direct access to your outreach workspace. Prospect search, contact enrichment, sequence enrollment, inbox management. Multi-step work that used to mean switching between tools runs from a single conversation in Claude.
This page covers how to connect Claude to toflow.ai, what it can do once connected, and the workflows that work best through the integration.

What Claude can do with toflow.ai
Once connected, Claude has access to over 100 tools across your toflow.ai workspace.
Prospecting and list building
Describe your ICP and Claude searches for matching prospects using LinkedIn-style filters: job title, company size, industry, location, seniority, department, technologies, and funding stage. You get a filtered list without touching a single interface.
"Find VP of Sales at B2B SaaS companies with 50 to 500 employees in the US who are actively hiring SDRs."
Contact enrichment
Pass a list of LinkedIn URLs, names, or companies and Claude enriches each one with verified emails, phone numbers, and profile data across 8+ data sources. For bulk runs, it shows you the credit cost before committing.
"Enrich all contacts in my 'March prospects' list and find verified emails for anyone missing one."
Reading prospect activity
Before you reach out, Claude can pull a prospect's recent LinkedIn posts and engagement history, then use that to draft a personalised connection note or email that references something specific to them — not a template with a name dropped in.
"Read what this prospect has posted on LinkedIn in the last 30 days and draft a connection request that references their content."
LinkedIn connection status
Claude checks whether each prospect is a first-degree connection, has a pending request, or is unconnected, and routes outreach accordingly. No manual sorting.
"Check which contacts in my 'UK fintech' list I'm already connected to on LinkedIn and which still need a connection request."
Sequence creation
Claude can build a full outreach sequence from a prompt — defining the steps, channels, timing, and copy for each touchpoint. Describe your ICP, your goal, and the channels you want to use, and Claude drafts the sequence structure ready to review and activate in toflow.ai.
"Build a 5-step outreach sequence for VP of Sales at mid-market SaaS companies. Start with a LinkedIn connection request, follow up with email, then a LinkedIn message. Write the copy for each step."
Sequence enrollment
Enroll one contact or a full list into any toflow.ai sequence from a single prompt. Multi-channel sequences covering email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp all work the same way.
"Enroll everyone in my 'Series B founders' list in the 5-step founder outreach sequence, starting with the LinkedIn connection step."
Inbox management
Claude reads incoming replies across email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, categorises them by intent (interested, objection, wrong person, out of office), and drafts responses for your review.
"Check my inbox for the last 48 hours. Show me anyone who replied positively and draft follow-up messages to book a call."
Using Claude Projects for persistent outreach context
Claude Projects let you save system instructions that carry across all conversations within the project. For outreach work, this means you can define your ICP, your sequences, your sending account preferences, and your tone guidelines once and have Claude apply them in every session.
A typical project instruction for outreach work:
"You are working as an outreach assistant for [company]. Our ICP is [description]. Our primary outreach sequence is called [name]. Preferred LinkedIn sending account is [email]. Always check enrichment cost before running bulk operations. Draft messages in a direct, non-salesy tone."
With that in place, each new conversation with Claude in the project starts with full context. No need to re-explain who you are targeting or which sequence to use.
Workflows that work well through Claude
Full prospecting-to-enrollment in one session
Describe your ICP, have Claude search and filter prospects, enrich the list for verified contacts, check LinkedIn connection status, and enroll into a sequence, all within a single Claude conversation. What used to require switching between a prospecting tool, an enrichment tool, and an outreach platform runs end-to-end through one prompt chain.
LinkedIn post signal capture
Paste a LinkedIn post URL from a competitor announcement, an industry report, or a thought leader in your space. Claude pulls everyone who commented or reacted, filters by your ICP criteria, enriches contact details, and adds the relevant ones to your outreach list. The people who engaged with that post have already signalled interest in the topic.
Inbox triage and reply drafting
At the start or end of each day, ask Claude to read your inbox, summarise the state of active conversations, flag replies that need immediate attention, and draft responses for the interested ones. Inbox management that used to take 30 minutes of context-switching becomes a five-minute review of Claude's output.
Stale list re-enrichment
If you have lists with missing or outdated contact data, Claude can bulk enrich the gaps, show you the cost before committing, and push updated records back. Cleaner data without a manual research project.
How this differs from the toflow.ai web app
The web app gives you a structured interface for every action. Claude gives you a conversational layer where multi-step workflows happen in a single instruction. Neither replaces the other. Complex one-off research tasks, bulk operations, and multi-step prospecting flows work faster through Claude. Ongoing sequence management, pipeline tracking, and reporting work well through the web app.
